Demand and supply, finally reading from the same page.
Bidfundi simplifies tenders with AI, surfaces business leads worth chasing, and gives buyers a place to say exactly what they need — so the right business finds them first, instead of the other way around.

One platform, three connected jobs
Win tenders. Get found by real leads. Let buyers post what they need.
Tenders
AI-simplified briefs and auto-generated bid documents.
Leads
Curated signals of real demand, not recycled contact lists.
Buyer Listings
Buyers post a need once. Matched businesses reach out.
Businesses market outward. Buyers search everywhere. They still miss each other.
Visibility has always flowed one way — a business gets a website, a store, a Google Business listing, and waits. Buyers have no equivalent. So they end up asking in a Facebook group, a subreddit, or a WhatsApp chat, and most of those requests go nowhere.
Tenders get forfeited
Not from lack of ability to deliver, but from unclear scope, missed requirements, or documents assembled too late.
Marketing spend meets cold leads
Businesses pay for visibility and still end up cold-calling lists that were never genuinely interested.
Buyers give up mid-search
Checking five platforms, comparing prices, and still not being sure who to trust costs more effort than the purchase is worth.
Understand a tender in minutes, not a full read-through.
Tender documents are long, dense, and easy to misread under deadline pressure. Bidfundi pulls listings directly from public tender data, then uses AI to summarise scope, requirements, and deadlines into plain language before a business decides whether it's worth bidding on.
- Tenders sourced and kept current from public government listings
- Plain-language summaries of scope, eligibility, and closing dates
- Auto-generated bid documents, drawn from a business's own onboarding profile
- Company detail cross-checks so submissions match official registration records
Leads worth a phone call, not another spreadsheet.
Most lead lists are cold the moment they're sold — the same contacts passed between dozens of businesses. Bidfundi's leads are built from genuine, current demand signals rather than static databases, and are organised by category so a business only sees what's relevant to what they actually sell.
- Organised by industry category and location
- Refreshed continuously rather than sold once and left to go stale
- A bridge while a business builds its presence on Buyer Listings directly
The part missing from every marketplace: a place for buyers to be visible too.
A buyer posts what they need once — category, location, budget, and how urgent it is. Matched businesses are notified immediately. When the buyer's window closes, the listing disappears. No stale leads, no calls three days after the need has passed.
- One listing per need — category, budget, location, urgency
- Matches ranked by fit and credibility, not just who bids highest
- Buyer chooses the channel: in-app chat, or an opt-in WhatsApp link
- Listings expire automatically once the buyer's window closes

Two sides, one flow.
Every listing runs the same loop — post, match, connect — whichever side you're on.

- Get matched instantly.See businesses ranked by fit, credibility, and price.
- Choose how you're reached.In-app chat, or turn on WhatsApp if you'd rather.

For businesses
- Set your categories.Choose exactly what kind of demand you want to see.
- Get notified on a real match.Only for buyers actively looking, inside your budget range.
- Reach out with context. You already know the need and the budget before the first message.
- Build your credibility score.Response time and follow-through raise your ranking over time.
A score buyers can actually see the reasoning behind.
Rather than a one-time "verified" badge that stops meaning anything a year later, a business's score is built from signals that stay current: a working website, a checkable address, a track record of reviews, and — once active on Bidfundi — how quickly and reliably they follow through with buyers.
- Visible to buyers, with the reasoning behind it shown alongside
- Weighted toward ongoing behaviour, not a one-time document check
- Businesses that go quiet see their ranking fall — no manual review needed
Questions from both sides of a listing.
Do I have to pay to post a listing?
No. Posting what you're looking for is free. You choose which businesses you respond to.
Will my contact details be public?
No. Businesses see your request and can reach you through in-app chat unless you specifically turn on WhatsApp contact. Your number is never shown without that choice.
What happens when my listing expires?
It simply disappears from businesses' view. There's no follow-up, no calls after the fact — if the need has passed, the listing goes with it.
How are businesses ranked when I post a listing?
By a combination of fit for your budget, category match, and their credibility score — not simply who responds first or pays the most.
How is this different from buying a leads list?
A leads list is static and often already contacted by others. Buyer Listings are live, expire on their own, and only exist while the buyer's need is current.
How does the AI tender summary work?
Bidfundi reads the full public tender document and produces a plain-language summary of scope, eligibility, and deadlines, alongside the original so nothing is lost in translation.
How do I raise my credibility score?
Respond quickly, keep your profile details current, and follow through on what you agree to with buyers. The score updates on an ongoing basis, not a single review.
Can I choose which categories I get notified for?
Yes. You only see and get notified about listings in the categories you select, so notifications stay relevant to what you actually offer.
